Ocean Data Imputation — JupyterHub

This JupyterHub instance is provided to support the learning materials at https://jmunroe.github.io/OceanDataImputation/ .

What happens when you click “Sign in with GitHub”: you’ll authenticate with GitHub and be taken into JupyterLab, where the Ocean Data Imputation notebooks will be pulled and opened for you. If you don’t have a GitHub account yet, you can create one at github.com/signup.

The Ocean Data Imputation notebooks are developed by Elemental Earth Data Ltd. for the Building Bridges project funded by Canada’s Ocean Supercluster.

Infrastructure & support: This compute service is provided by CIOOS Atlantic on infrastructure supported by the Digital Research Alliance of Canada.

You are welcome to use this service to explore the Ocean Data Imputation content. For production use, please clone the repository https://github.com/jmunroe/OceanDataImputation and run it in your own managed Python environment.
